To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProspectAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data Removal Requests

If you are a business owner or individual whose data appears in our Service and you wish to have it removed, please contact us at privacy@kpilotlabs.com. We will process removal requests within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
